Step 1
Apply as a Coach
To become a Counter-Strike 2 coach, submit the coach application form. Apply via the coach job application.
Include:
- CS2 experience/rank/Faceit/Premier background
- Roles & strengths (entry, support, IGL, lurk, AWPer)
- Coaching or competitive experience
- Languages & availability
Your answers shape your coach profile.
Step 2
Profile & Skill Review
EB24 reviews your application, focusing on:
- Tactical understanding & game sense
- Utility usage, positioning, and rotations
- Communication and teaching ability
- Readiness for duo-based coaching
Additional info may be requested if required.
Step 3
Get Approved as an EB24 Coach
After approval:
- Your CS2 coach profile goes live
- You appear in Counter-Strike 2 Coaching
- Players can book you directly
You are now a verified EB24 coach.
Step 4
Create Your Coaching Services
As a CS2 coach, you choose what you offer:
- Live Coaching (real-time guidance during matches)
- Co-Pilot Coaching (Duo Play) (play together and explain decisions)
- VoD Review (demo analysis and structured feedback)
- Ultimate Monthly Coaching (long-term improvement plans)
- Custom Coaching Services (self-defined coaching formats)
All coaching is duo-based and is focused on in-game decision-making.
Step 5
Coach Players in Duo Sessions
Once booked:
- Communication happens via order chat
- Coaching is delivered through duo gameplay
- Session follows the selected service scope
EB24 handles all orders, payments, and visibility.
Step 6
Ratings, Visibility & Earnings
After each session:
- Players leave ratings and reviews
- Higher ratings increase profile visibility
- Earnings are added to your EB24 balance
