Create coaching services, guide players through TFT strategies, and earn on EB24.
Step 1
Apply as a Coach
To become a Teamfight Tactics coach, submit the Coach application form on EB24. Apply through the coach job application.
In the application, you provide:
- TFT rank and server
- Preferred playstyle and strengths (comps, econ, tempo)
- Coaching or competitive experience
- Availability and communication languages
This information is used to build your coach profile.
Step 2
Profile & Experience Review
After submission, your application is reviewed by the EB24 team.
We evaluate:
- Rank consistency and patch-to-patch understanding
- Ability to explain the economy, positioning, and transitions
- Coaching mindset and communication clarity
- Fit for the EB24 coaching ecosystem
Additional details may be requested if needed.
Step 3
Get Approved as an EB24 Coach
Once approved:
- Your Coach profile becomes active
- You appear in our TFT Coaching listings
- Players can book your coaching services directly
You are in the EB24 coaching pool.
Step 4
Create Your Coaching Services
As a TFT coach, you decide what formats you offer.
You can create:
- Live Coaching (real-time guidance during games)
- Co-Pilot Coaching (playing together while coaching)
- VoD Review (in-depth analysis of past games)
- Ultimate Monthly Coaching (long-term progression plans)
- Custom Coaching Services (fully custom coaching formats)
Each service has its specific scope, pricing, and description.
Step 5
Coach Players Through Sessions
When a player books your service:
- Session details are handled via Order Chat
- Voice communication may be included if part of the service
- Coaching follows the format selected by the player
You focus on teaching. EB24 handles the platform flow.
Step 6
Ratings, Visibility & Earnings
After completing sessions:
- Players leave ratings and reviews
- Strong feedback increases profile visibility
- Earnings are added to your EB24 balance
