ARC Raiders Expedition Project Guide - Requirements, Rewards & Full Reset Explained
The Expedition Project in ARC Raiders is the game’s prestige style reset system, unlocked once your Raider reaches level 20. Unlike forced wipes in extraction shooters, Expeditions are fully optional, you choose whether to reset or keep progressing normally.
As players with 500+ hours in ARC Raiders, we’ll walk you through everything:
How Expeditions work

What Is the Expedition Project in ARC Raiders?
Expeditions act as ARC Raiders long term progression layer. When your character reaches level 20, you unlock the Projects tab, allowing you to start preparing the Expedition manually.
Unlike full server wipes in Escape from Tarkov, Expedition resets happen per account and per character, not globally. That means your squadmates may be at different stages and that's completely normal.
Expeditions run on a 60 day cycle followed by a 7 day departure window. If you miss the departure window, your progress carries over but you won’t receive that cycle’s rewards.
How to Start an Expedition (Step by Step)

Starting the Expedition is surprisingly simple:
Reach Level 20
Open Main Menu → Raider → Projects
Select Expedition Project
Begin Stage 1 and start collecting materials
Complete all six stages before the next departure window
Although simple mechanically, the resource grind is real. You’ll need consistent farming of materials, kills, missions, and trades.
