League of Legends Challenges Boosting Service

The newest edition to the League of Legends gaming universe is Challenges. It’s also the newest boosting and coaching service provided by Eloboost24. If you’re looking to take on Challenges to accomplish more than the average player, then our team’s boosting services may be the answer for you.

About Challenges by League of Legends

What are League of Legends Challenges? LoL’s Challenges allow players to achieve unique objectives and enhance the customization opportunities of their profiles. Marked as Challenge Points, a player completes a series of tasks while playing the game. These Challenge Points accumulate from finishing individual objectives on a Challenge Card. These are added up as contributors to your Crystal rank and Challenge-group Capstones.

Challenge Cards build up to a group’s Capstone Challenge. The only way to fully master a Capstone Challenge is to complete all the other challenges within the group. Once the Challenge Points, Capstones, and Categories are added up together, you earn your Crystal rank.

These Challenges have five categories;

  • Collection: Collect cosmetics and engaging with loot.

  • Expertise: Skillfully outmatching your opponents.

  • Imagination: Focuses on game modes and innovative plays.

  • Teamwork & Strategy: Focused on teamplay tactics.

  • Veterancy: Focuses on lifetime stats.

There’s also Legacy, a category that focuses on season-based accomplishments and previous achievements that can no longer be obtained. However, they don’t contribute to your overall Challenge and it won’t level up as a category.

The way Challenge works is by its Token. This is a unique icon that represents a challenge and its current rank. Tokens are at the center of each Challenge Card and are listed by name and what it needs for completion. You can equip up to three tokens, which are displayed on your profile and in the Lobby and Loading screens.

League of Legends: Challenges Boosting Benefits

As a service, Eloboost24 can help you achieve your League of Legends Challenge goals. Their expert team works with you to build those Challenge Points and Capstones as you strive towards specific goals. Maybe these goals include earning Titles, a special name earned by leveling certain challenges to specific tiers. These can be chosen between any of the titles you’ve unlocked.

Maybe you’re striving for either the Master or Grandmaster tier levels. To rank in Grandmaster, you need to be in the top twenty-five percent of players who’ve also achieved this coveted LoL threshold. Maybe you wish to reach Challenger, which features the top five percent of players in the game.

What the EB24 team helps you accomplish with its boosting service is to do more than just achieve your goals. It will help you better understand how LoL’s Challenge works.

Eloboost24’s LoL Challenges Services

  • Hero’s Odyssey: Wonder Child, Prodigy, Legendary Legend, Lightning Round

  • Unity’s Challenge: Party Crasher, Guardian, Aram Eradication, Lightning Round

Let’s look further into what Eloboost24’s boosting services can do for you. There are misconceptions that it’s a form of cheating. In reality, nothing can be further from the truth. We’re here to debunk the myths about boosting and expose the truth.

Exposing Truths About Boosting

As a service, boosting in games like LoL, including its Challenges feature, shares the same common traits as one motorist helping another motorist get out of a stranded situation. Instead of using cables that go from one vehicle to another to give it the jumpstart it needs, boosters in the gaming industry play the games they were tasked to complete. Contrary to certain beliefs, boosting is not a form of cheating.

The difference between boosting and cheating is like night and day. What cheaters do is exploit whatever weaknesses they can find in a game for their benefit. They do this at the expense of the developers who put the game together, as well as the players. Cheaters are like car thieves. They seize whatever they can get their hands on and destroy it. For them, it’s fun to expose their weaknesses and see how far they can go before getting caught.

As for boosters, instead of exploiting a game’s weakness, they learn how to use its platform legitimately. This means they learn how to adapt according to the game’s mechanics by exercising sound strategy that works. These strategies include understanding how to play like a real champion without resorting to cheating whatsoever.

Now, does this mean boosters are performing a cheat by helping a player go from ordinary to extraordinary? The answer to that question is no, it does not. Boosters offer players an opportunity to better understand the game so they can enjoy it more. Eloboost24’s team also understands there’s more to life than just gaming.

Boosters Are Helpers, Not Cheaters

Sometimes, competitive players don’t have as much time on their hands as they’d like to play games like LoL and maintain a decent ranking in the top leaderboards. In a way, sometimes boosters behave like substitutes for the most competitive players in the game who need to take a break for whatever reason. Is this considered cheating?

Again, the answer to that is no because the game isn’t being exploited for its weaknesses. All a booster is doing here is lending a helping hand and nothing more. It’s no different than two people sharing the same console where one can play during the daytime and the other plays at night. Both play the same character as one account but do so without resorting to hacks and other dubious methods.

Boosters also help stuck players become unstuck. They offer a service that helps players do more than just boost their performance in a game as competitive as League of Legends, including its Challenges mode. Boosters also boost a player’s enjoyment of such games by helping them better understand how to legitimately play like a champion. If anything, boosters also boost a game’s overall enjoyment for all players involved as they strive for a winning environment that everybody can benefit from.

Eloboost24’s LoL Challenge

Teamfight Tactics

EB24 about Teamfight Tactics #11 - Current meta on Patch 10.4 from a Booster perspective

Over the course of the patch, more and more players began running Inferno, Shadow, and Sum Sins. These builds utilize 3 star carries in Kindred and Azir to carry the midgame. As a result, the meta definitely sped up.

Important Changes

Poison, Crystal, Taric have all received nerfs, this may have an impact on rangers-hyper roll preds. With the meta slowly becoming faster, these comps may not be able to keep up unless you are able to high roll or find your units uncontested.

Senna - Lucian both got the ability damage buffs which may spark interest in Soulbound light comps.

Olaf and Glacial got slight buffs with the buff to Glacial coming in the form of a rework. Olaf will be slightly tankier and deal more damage.

Champion Changes:

Ornn Spell Damage: 100/200/300 ⇒ 125/250/450 has received another small damage buff to his ability, but with Electric Wardens not being consistent enough to break into the top meta, this buff will likely just affect the early game when you want 2 wardens.

Taliyah Starting/Total Mana: 50/80 ⇒ 30/80 nerf to her ability mana as she can be quite annoying in the early game or even mid-game, the idea behind the nerf was that she can’t ult right away if you put him on an ocean hex.

Senna Ally Damage Bonus: 15/40/65 ⇒ 20/45/70 she had little play recently, except as an addition to 6 shadow comps. This may help her a bit, as well to the Soulbound combo.

Azir Starting/Total Mana: 75/100 ⇒ 50/100 mana nerf with not much impact on him as a unit, remains a very strong mid-game carry.

Lucian Spell Attack Damage Ratio: 0.3/0.4/0.5 ⇒ 0.5/0.5/0.5 decent buff to his ability damage, as the main Light carry this could make the comp more viable.

Olaf Health: 750 ⇒ 850 and Spell Bonus Attack Speed 100%/150%/450% ⇒ 125%/150%/450% with these small buffs to his 1-star ability and base health, he may be a contender against the other 4 cost carries again.

Singed Spell Damage: 150/300/2000 ⇒ 225/300/2000 received a decent damage buff to his 1 star rating. This will help him be effective in faster meta

Taric Invulnerability Duration: 3/3/5 ⇒ 2.5/2.5/8 this combined with the crystal nerfs will definitely tone down the power level of Taric late game.

Comps to run for Patch 10.4

Shadows Comp

When to go?

This comp is very flexible with the units and items, you can open it with pretty much anything. Your win condition is going to be: 6 shadows with Master Yi. Roll at 6 for Kindred-Sion plus any shadow, and you can run any upgraded unit with them, inferno, wardens, lunar, glacial, etc. Stabilize and go to 8, put in the mystic, frontline, whatever until you get Yi. Grab other shadows and play 6 shadows 2 mystics 2 clouds with Janna plus Yasuo/Qiyana on cloud map. Items that you want for the comp: Zephyr is really good so your units don’t waste time against the frontline. Kindred and Yi are going to be your main carry units. Good Kindred items: Rageblade, Hextech gunblade, Rabadon, RFC, Seraphs, Thief’s, Hoj. For Master Yi items: BT, Dclaw, GA, Rageblade, RFC, Ghostblade, Thief’s glove, Hoj, Infinity Edge.

Hyperroll Predators

When to go?

Go for this comp if you get KogMaw 2star early, and at least one Luden’s or Statikk Shiv. You don’t want to lose any gold on useless units, sell everything that’s not a predator in stage 2 for the economy. You should not use your gold to level up since you will need your economy to 3 star your Predators. Staying lower level is going to increase your chance of hitting them, mainly you want to focus on 3 staring your KogMaw. From items, you want to focus on Shiv-Ludens on KogMaw, Morello on Singed, Bramble Vest on Skarner, any other AD items you can stack on Twitch or Ashe. As your last level 8 unit, you can use pretty much anyone, Taric is my favorite pick since he gives you more frontline and +1 Crystal unit, Crystal-Cloud-Steel Lux is not a bad choice either if you can hit any of them.

6 Lights – Lunar

When to go?

Early Nasus 2Star+ Vayne 2Star, and a GA is a very good indicator for lights. At 6 you can play 3 Lights with Lunar and, 2Wardens + 2 Rangers. Vayne can be used to hold items for Lucian. At level 7 you want to add 6 lights + Mystic and replace your Vayne items to Lucian. GA has to go on Yorick since its a core item on him. You want to focus on stacking Lucian and Yorick with items. Good items on Lucian would be Giant Slayer, Hush, Hand of Justice, Jeweled Gauntlet. For Yorick, you want to build: GA, DCLAW, redemption, Warmog, Thief’s glove, Quicksilver, Trap claw. Infinity Edge+ Jeweled Gauntlet is a great Lucian combo, as well stacking Giant Slayers works well on him.

Rangers - Poison

When to go?

If you start your game with some Bows-Bf swords. Early game you can use Kog'Maw and Predators, they can provide you a strong start, mid-game you should start picking up core pieces for your comp and based on what you get and how fast transition out of Predators. As well-paired Rangers + Wardens can be used for early game. Twitch should be your main carry, so stack him with Infinity Edge-Last Whisper-Guinsoo, Ashe can be used as your second carry, Statikk Shiv works good on her, as well Red Buff+Hurricane can help a lot. Any other items that you can’t use can go on your front line, such as Morello for Singed, Frozen Heart, Redemption, Warmogs.

And these are the best comps to play right now on patch 10.2! We hope you win a lot of games and if you don't, you can always purchase a Duo Boosting service a Solo Boosting service or even TFT coaching to learn more about the game and improve! EB24 about League of Legends #19 Itemization, Patch 10.4 - from the Booster perspective
League of Legends

EB24 about League of Legends #19 Itemization, Patch 10.4 - from the Booster perspective

The meta guide is already live so make sure to check this one so you know what to build on your preferred champions!

  • Top

The items for Darius and Ornn are pretty straight forward so I won’t really get into detail. Ornn is Sunfire into frozen gauntlet or abyssal mask depending on the match up then it’s all depending on champions and who’s fed in the enemy team. For Darius, it’s trinity into sterak’s into a gargoyle and then it depends on the enemy team. I wanted to focus more on champions who in my opinion are really strong but underrated by meta. These two are Shyvana and Gragas. Shyvana biggest pros are usefulness no matter how her lane phase went. So far I recommend going her ap only since ad requires way more game knowledge and champion limits. The build and runes are as below. Conq is generally better cause you will most likely take longer fights which is helpful. You gonna max e first then w then q. You should always look for tp on bot after 6 and secure drake if your lane is pushed since with w you move fairly quick.

For Gragas, your main goal is to get the lead over enemy since u win most matchups. There are lots of variations of his runes and itemization after 3 core items. You can either go tanky items and semi-ap since you don’t really aim to be an APC and you prefer to be the heavy cc that is able to solo kill an adc but also able to be a tank in a fight. These are the best runes for people not familiar with the possibilities of other runes. There are only the main items just cause you can build pretty much any tank item and almost every ap item such as Liandry, Void staff, Morellonomicon or from the other side you can go adaptive helmet, omen or such. Your skill order is e into w or q depending on whether you’re against tank or bruiser.

  • Jungler

Here are the best builds for the champions presented on our Tier list:

1. Graves:

For Graves, I have 3 builds:

First build:

Warrior > Black Cleaver > Phantom Dancer > Infinity Edge > Deaths Dance > Boots depends

Second build:

Warrior > Drakthar > Youmuu's > Edge of Night > Mortal Reminder > Boots depends

Third build:

Warrior > Stormrazor > Cloak of Agility > Cloak of Agility > Cloak of Agility > Rapid Fire cannon > Infinity Edge > Phantom dancer

This build is for %100 crit and is built for almost every crit champion.

2. Nidalee:

Runic Echo > Sorcerer's boots or Oblivion Orb > Lich bane > Rabadon or Zhonya > Rabadon or Void staff

If they have +2 assassins (like Zed or Kha), you can go oblivion orb and Zhonyas. If +3 enemy has +120 MR go for void staff, not Rabadon.

3. Ekko:

Runic echos > Protobelt > Zhonyas > Lich bane=Rabadon > If they have +2 Hard cc champs buy mercs

4. Lee Sin:

Warrior > Black Cleaver > Sterak's Gage > Guardian Angel > A tank item depends on enemy > Boots depends too

5. Nocturne:

Warrior > Sanguine Blade > Black Cleaver > Guardian Angel > Edge of Night > Boots depends

6. Rek'Sai:

Warrior > Black Cleaver > Sterak's Gage > Guardian Angel > Depends on the game, you can either go offensive item or defensive > Boots depends too

7. Kha'Zix:

Warrior > Drakthar > Black Cleaver > Edge of Night > Guardian Angel > boots depend

8. Ornn:

Cinderhulk > Abyssal Mask > Ice Born Gauntlet

9. Vi:

Warrior > Trinity Force > GA or streaks gage if they have too much burst > Armor or Mr item depends on the enemy team

10. Sylas:

Runic echoes > Sorcerer's boots > Hextech Protobelt > Zhonyas (very important) > Lich Bane > Rabadons Deathcap

11. Sejuani

Cinderhulk > Warmog's > Gargoyle > Rest is adaptive tank items

  • Mid

Items for mid lane are similar:

If your champions is AP:

- Archangel's Staff& Rod of Ages (Best on Cassio, Ryze, Kassadin)

- Morellonomicon

- Zhonya's Hourglass (Best vs AD and burst champions and for Fizz)

- Hextech Gunblade (Best on Kata)

- Rylai's Crystal Scepter (Best on Cassio)

- Hextech Protobelt-01 (Best on Ekko, Sylas, Fizz)

- Luden's Echo (Best on Sylas and Syndra)

If your champion is AD:

Lethality items are very optional if you are ahead you go for:

-Youmuu's Ghostblade & Duskblade of Draktharr and finish with GA or Last Whisper

If not:

Duskblade of Draktharr & Edge of Night/ Sanguine Blade

Situational:

If you have mountain drakes, Banshee's Veil makes you stronger and gives you a lot of MR (especially good vs AP mid & top/jungle). Build a Liandry's Torment if you're against tanks.

Situational Items

Every ADC after 2/3 core items, have to decide to pick up some items from list below

1. Maw of Malmortius

Strong vs AP Teamcomps, gives AD, CDR, MR, with a passive that gives you shield, lifesteal and AD.

2. Phantom Dancer

Items that gives you AS/CRIT/MS and shield vs both types of damage, useful on ADC that builds crit items (Tristana, Aphelios, Xayah, Miss Fortune, Draven)

3. Guardian Angel

After getting killed, you getting respawned with 50% of your base hp, gives AD/ARMOR. Very good item vs strong assassins

4. Quicksilver Sash

Item that remove one CC, useful vs team comps with a lot of CC or vs CC that will kill you when you will get them (Malzahar, Leona, Warwick, works vs Mordekaiser ult as well)

5. Bloodthirster

Gives AD/Lifesteal, passive that grants you shield, good on champions that need lifesteal but aswell they depend more on AD than attack speed (Draven)

6. Lord Dominik's Regards

Gives AD/ ARmor pen, good vs tanks, when you don't play a champion that have % dmg, like Kai'Sa, Kog'maw, Vayne

7. Mortal Reminder

Gives AD/Armor pen, 10% less armor pen than Lord Dominik's, but your auto attacks apply Grievous Wounds

  • Support

Steel Shoulderguards: Standard support tank items, usually you wanna pick these items on champs that rely on auto attacks to harass like Taric, Leona, and Thresh since the ad bonus helps a lot of with damage.

Relic Shield: Standard support items for champs that relly on ap damage or have decent scaling AP on his abilities, Nautilus Tahm, Thresh, Rakan, and Shen benefit from the AP

Mobi Boots: Standard support boots really useful to get in lane faster and to help you with rotations to mid, jungle, top or rift herald.

Ninja Tabi: Standard boots to deal whit heavy ad-team comps, plus the passive helps out to mitigate damage from auto-attack reliant champs.

Mercury Boots: standard magic resist boots, whit tenacity which helps out vs cc team comps.

Zeke's Converge: standard 2nd support item it gives mr, cds, armor and the share active which provides bonus magic damage and aoe slow for you and the adc.

Knights Vow: Standard armor focus items, it gives armor hp cdr and link shared damage

Locket of the Iron Solari: Standard Magic resist item, it gives mostly ad and half the armor value plus the shield active based off hp which is good vs aoe.

Redemption: Usually either your 1st items if you really ahead or the last item, it gives cdr, hp, mana regen, and the aoe heal active.

And this is it. Make sure you grab your boosting service or coaching service and assign it to any of our boosters that helped us making this blog post possible! Their names will be below so click on them and don't forget to assign your service to them.

EB24 about League of Legends #18 Current meta, Patch 10.4 - from the Booster perspective

New patch, new guide! More information and new changes that might (or not) affect your preferred role! Take a look below and make sure you pay attention to everything!

  • Top

With the new patch there are pretty major changes to the tier list. Moving Darius and Ornn to S tier list since they popping off really hard now. Darius got a semi jungle buff but it actually allows him to heal off monsters in lane phase and with upcoming changes to his passive he might even counter jungle easily.

Ornn with the best Sunfire damage in-game by far is also a huge buff to his kit. Another champions popping off are Poppy, Kayle and not so noticeable - Shyvana. The meta of the top lane has become more mid-late game related so most picks on the top lane are rather scaling picks than a quick dominator. Another champion that I’ve noticed that might be back is Gragas with e max on top as he is a really strong champion himself and along with 45% cdr and Sunfire he is melting champions.

  • Jungler

For this patch, we have a little Amumu buff which makes no difference in my opinion. The buffs on Talon, Diana, Darius, Gnar, Garen, Zed and Mordekaiser is pointless. These buffs don't make them a jungler. It's just easy to farm the jungle in the later stages of the game. So for this patch, I think the tier list stays the same. But for the next patch, I think tank junglers will be meta.

  • Mid

Patch 10.4 was quite a big one. It brought us a few changes into the mid lane. The playstyle is still the same and I think it will be permanently like this until the meta doesn't change to a control one. We can't tell if the change on Sunfire Cape will make mid laners go in a different style but we will it see in the following week. Maybe Sunfire Riven or Galio… Aurelion received a little nerf, I would rather call it to adjust cause still, the champion has a lot of roaming potential and catches with his big Q.

Lux received some buffs but this matchup is still free for late-game monsters and roaming champs. At least while playing Lux you can now make some flash + R plays.

Sylas received a 20 dmg buff which is another adjustment. Meanwhile, the champion I am curious about is Jayce. He received a huge mana buff and hammer q damage which can make him a very solid pick. Especially into control matchups or assassins cause he has poke and wave clear with an all-in potential. His only weakness is a vulnerability for ganks. The weirdest change in this patch is Zed and talon jungle option. From my point of view its just a buff for them in the mid lane. They can now push the lane and roam when their roam is not settled they can just take enemy jungle for more exp and gold which is now quicker due to their jungle adjustment. When we sum everything together we can see there are not so many changes.

As we can see the tier list we can highlight:

Le Blanc: She is a great 1 target champion with a high snowball potential. I think she is one of the best picks for current meta because of Ekko, Lee Sin and Elise dominance in the jungle, so if you duo with Elise there is no way enemy mid can escape from your chain followed by jungler cc or burst and everybody knows what feed lb can do.

Talon: Still probably the best roaming champion in the game. You just can't escape from him and now he received an option to jungle quicker. If u are playing talon and have pressured you can now just try to catch enemy jungler on low hp and if u cant find him its not a big deal, just clear his camps with Tiamat + spells.

Qiyana: For me, she will be the best champ at mid lane until she receives a huge nerf or objectives such as drake and herald won't be a big deal. She is basically Talon with more cc and poke at the lane in the early stages of the game. She received jungle nerf for passive attack speed but it doesn't matter on mid lane at all.

Yasuo: After Soraka and Sona nerf the top lane is back for tanky picks with a lot of cc. Yasuo is a champ that loves to have in the team some AP tank CC top laners. I personally think that Yasuo will be played more and more often due to the dominance of Ornn at the top lane. He is good with Maokai, Malphite, Sett, Lee Sin, Zac, Gragas, and those champs are better than average nowadays.

We rather come back to Phase Rush from Conqueror for Cassio and Ryze. (Runes #3)

Runes #1 are for Talon, Ekko, Fizz, Qiyana, Syndra, LeBlanc.

Runes #2 are for Kassadin, Katarina, Diana, Sylas, Yasuo.

  • ADC

Since the last Patch, the ADC meta only changed in 2 things:

- Aphelios got a nerf that made him go to A Tier

- Cait got a 10% more Attack Speed buff at 1 Level

  • Support

Current meta focus on either early game dominance or scaling bot lane duos, either you destroy your opponent and get leads by getting plates turrets drakes and rifts or you hold the lanes and scale.

Hard engage supports to follow by defensive supports are still the main meta gives the strongest ADC's atm are team fight oriented champions.

the rise of ranged supports got halved with the nerfs on solo lane Sona and Soraka, still, Soraka support got overall buff, but I still prefer the standard engage supports in the bot lane.

S-Tier Supports:

Standard go-to pick champions they work on any team comp most of the time as their main engage for the team. Leona and Nautilus are pretty much the same with the only difference is Leona being stronger early and nautilus late, Thresh is the hardest of the 4 to play but can do really well vs the other 3 if you use flay properly plus lantern is really good to peel off, Rakan can engage and disengage but he is not as tanky as the other 3, plus he is the only one with sustain and hard disengage.

A-tier Supports:

Specific team comps and counter picks for the s tier they can still function but you need to think if they can work with the team comp or vs the enemy team comp, while Tahm Kench is really good counter vs hard engage, Braum is decent vs specific poke team comps, while Taric is really good into all s tiers, you need specific champions in the bot lane to be able to use his full power and all enchanters need good ADC and jungler focus to succeed in lane most of the time.

And this is it. Make sure you grab your boosting service or coaching service and assign it to any of our boosters that helped us making this blog post possible! Their names will be below so click on them and don't forget to assign your service to them.

EB24 ABOUT LEAGUE OF LEGENDS #17 - PATCH RUNDOWN 10.4 - FROM A BOOSTER PERSPECTIVE

Patch 10.4 is targeting Soraka and Sona on top lane and buffing tank junglers and top laners on that patch. Also, buffs on Phase Rush and Stopwatch makes me worry for solo queue. I think this patch will be bad for solo queue but good for competitive. Let's have a look at it.

Champions

  • Amumu

Q - BANDAGE TOSS

DASH SPEED 1350 after hitting an enemy ⇒ 1800 after hitting an enemy

R - CURSE OF THE SAD MUMMY

COOLDOWN 150/130/110 seconds ⇒ 130/115/100 seconds

NEWSTOP! IN THE NAME OF LOVE Now stops enemies in the middle of their dashes

Dash speed is a nice little buff but won't change that much. Although the ult cooldown buff is pretty good for the early mid-game since Amumu doesn't build cooldown items in that stage of the game. I think he is good for low elo.

  • Aphelios

NEW WEAPON VIEW Players can now see both guns Aphelios is holding next to his health bar

CALIBRUM, THE SNIPER RIFLE

REMOVED BASIC ATTACK RESET Aphelios no longer resets his attack timer right after consuming a mark (his attack timer still resets for the mark attack)

CRESCENDUM, THE CHAKRAM

RED VS. BLUE Aphelios' sentry's range indicators are now red for enemies when it's inactive

BASE NUMBER OF SENTRY ATTACKS 4 ⇒ 3 (the number of attacks still scale with attack speed)

SENTRY HEALTH AGAINST RANGED Ranged basic attacks deal 2 damage ⇒ 3 damage (Sentries have 6 health)

SENTRY HEALTH AGAINST AOE AoE attacks deal 2 damage ⇒ 4 damage (Sentries have 6 health)

SENTRY BUGFIX Aphelios' sentries no longer occasionally die upon being activated

R - MOONLIGHT VIGIL

RANGE 1600 ⇒ 1300

It hurts his laning but still, I think he is a must ban pick. It's not a filler change but I think that aphelios will still one-shot you in the mid-late game.

  • Aurelion Sol

W - CELESTIAL EXPANSION

ACTIVE STAR DAMAGE Increases total damage by 50% ⇒ 40%

Filler change.

  • Caitlyn

BONUS ATTACK SPEED 10% at level 1 ⇒ 20% at level 1

I think that buff is decent. It helps her to push her lane quicker. Its a nice buff but I don't think she needed it. She was strong and now she is stronger.

  • Garen

Q - DECISIVE STRIKE

EMPOWERED BASIC ATTACK DAMAGE RATIO 0.4 attack damage ⇒ 0.5 attack damage

W - COURAGE

NEWBLOOD OF MY ENEMIES At max resistances from enemy kills, Garen increases his bonus armor and magic resist by 10%

SHIELD 0.1 maximum health ⇒ 70/95/120/145/170 (+0.2 bonus health)

W buff is insanely strong. With the Yuumi buff, we might see Garen+Yuumi bot again.

  • Gnar

BASE STATS

MOVEMENT SPEED 325 ⇒ 335

PASSIVE - RAGE GENE

BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED 10-30 (levels 1-18) in Mini Gnar form ⇒ 0-20 (levels 1-18) in Mini Gnar form

R - GNAR!

DAMAGE RATIO 0.2 attack damage, 0.5 ability power ⇒ 0.5 attack damage, 1.0 ability power

Just a little bit of damage on his R. Filler change.

  • Jayce

BASE STATS

MANA 357.2 ⇒ 375

MANA GROWTH 37 ⇒ 45

Q - TO THE SKIES!

BASE DAMAGE 45/80/115/150/185/220 ⇒ 55/95/135/175/215/255

The mana change is okay. Q base damage buff is strong but still, it's not enough for Jayce to be played.

  • Lux

Q - LIGHT BINDING

BASE DAMAGE 70/115/170/205/250 ⇒ 80/125/170/215/260

DAMAGE RATIO 0.7 ability power ⇒ 0.6 ability power

COOLDOWN 13/12/10/11/9 seconds ⇒ 11/10.5/10/9.5/9 seconds

R - FINAL SPARK

NEWFLASHDANCE Lux can now Flash while casting Final Spark (her ultimate won't follow her when she Flashes)

Filler change.

  • Rammus

BASE STATS

ATTACK SPEED 0.625 ⇒ 0.656

ATTACK SPEED RATIO 0.625 ⇒ 0.656

Filler Change.

  • Singed

BASE STATS

HEALTH 610 ⇒ 580

ARMOR 37 ⇒ 34

HP nerf is okay but still, I think it's a filler change.

  • Sona

Q - HYMN OF VALOR

NEWMANA RESTORE Sona now gains 30 mana the first time she tags an ally with her aura

COST 50/55/60/65/70 mana ⇒ 75/80/85/90/95 mana

W - ARIA OF PERSEVERANCE

NEWMANA RESTORE Sona now gains 30 mana the first time she tags an ally with her aura

COST 80/85/90/95/100 mana ⇒ 105/110/115/120/125 mana

E - SONG OF CELERITY

NEWMANA RESTORE Sona now gains 30 mana the first time she tags an ally with her aura

COST 65 mana ⇒ 90 mana

This is a direct nerf to Sona solo lane and it hurts her laning phase so much I don't think she can be played on top lane anymore.

  • Soraka

BASE STATS

HEALTH 529.04 ⇒ 535

HEALTH GROWTH 78 ⇒ 74

MANA 350.8 ⇒ 375

MANA GROWTH 60 ⇒ 40

ATTACK DAMAGE 50.04 ⇒ 50

Q - STARCALL

SELF-HEAL 60/80/100/120/140 (+0.5 ability power) ⇒ 40/50/60/70/80 (+0.3 ability power)

REJUVENATION HEAL DURATION 5 seconds ⇒ 2.5 seconds

COST 40/45/50/55/60 mana ⇒ 60/65/70/75/80 mana

BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED 15/20/25/30/35% ⇒ 10/12.5/15/17.5/20%

W - ASTRAL INFUSION

NEWME AFTER A MASSAGE AND ICE CREAM While Soraka is Rejuvenated, the 10% maximum health cost for casting Astral Infusion will be reduced by 40/55/70/85/100%

HEAL 80/110/140/170/200 ⇒ 80/115/150/185/220

Ending with Soraka top lane with these Q changes. I don't think she will be ever played on top or mid again.

  • Sylas

Q - CHAIN LASH

BASE DAMAGE 40/55/70/85/100 ⇒ 40/60/80/100/120

Nice buff but doesn't change anything.

  • Udyr

PASSIVE - MONKEY'S AGILITY

NEWSTING LIKE A BEE Udyr now gets 5% off his global cooldown (the time between when he can switch stances) per Cloud Drake buff

Filler change.

Jungle Champions

  • Darius

PASSIVE - HEMORRHAGE DAMAGE Now deals 120% damage to all monsters

Q - DECIMATE HEAL Now heals from large monsters

  • Diana

PASSIVE - MOONSILVER BLADE DAMAGE Increased by 150% on non-epic monsters

  • Garen

E - JUDGMENT DAMAGE Now deals 150% damage to non-epic monsters

  • Gnar

W - HYPER BASE MAXIMUM BONUS DAMAGE TO MONSTERS 100/150/200/250/300 ⇒ 300 at all levels

  • Mordekaiser

PASSIVE - DARKNESS RISE MAXIMUM DAMAGE TO MONSTERS 15-100 (levels 1-18) ⇒ 25-120 (levels 1-18)

  • Talon

PASSIVE - BLADE'S END MONSTER DAMAGE Abilities now wound all monsters for 120% damage

  • Zed

PASSIVE - CONTEMPT FOR THE WEAK DAMAGE Increased by 100% against monsters

PASSIVE - CONTEMPT FOR THE WEAK MAXIMUM DAMAGE TO MONSTERS 120/240/360 (levels 1, 7, 17) ⇒ 200/350/500 (levels 1, 7, 17)

Expect Diana and Darius all of those are filler. It's good for Darius because when Darius is split pushing he cant take jungle camps without losing so much time. For Diana, she can now jungle easily. The problem with Diana's jungle was her early game. Now with that buff, she will be better.

Runes and Summoner Spells changes

  • Exhaust

DURATION 2.5 seconds ⇒ 3 seconds

NEWVISIBILITY Now shows how much damage is being reduced

Filler change.

  • Hail of Blades

MAXIMUM TIME BETWEEN ATTACKS 2 seconds ⇒ 3 seconds

COOLDOWN 4 seconds out of combat ⇒ 8 seconds

Filler change.

  • Legend Runes

ALACRITY, TENACITY, AND BLOODLINE MINION KILLS PER STACK 20 ⇒ 25

It's a decent nerf but I think legend runes are still broken. It's just 1 more wave for each stack and it's bad for Bloodline mostly. So it's indirect nerf to ADC class.

  • Perfect Timing

OUR TIME IS RUNNING OUT Grants a Commencing Stopwatch that becomes a Replica Stopwatch at 10 minutes ⇒ Grants a Commencing Stopwatch that becomes a Replica Stopwatch at 14 minutes. Takedowns reduce this timer by 2 minutes.

REMOVEDYOU CAN'T PUSH IT UNDERGROUND No longer additionally reduces the cooldown of Guardian's Angel, Gargoyle Stoneplate, and Zhonya's Hourglass by 15%

STOPWATCH COST 600g ⇒ 650g

Bad for Guardian Angel users but insane for support champs. -2 min for each takedown makes this a broken rune for every support champion.

  • Phase Rush

MAXIMUM TIME BETWEEN ATTACKS 3 seconds ⇒ 4 seconds

MOVEMENT SPEED 25-40% ⇒ 25-40%, increased to 30-50% for melee champions

Filler change.

  • Prototype: Omnistone

LUCK OF THE DRAW Will no longer give the player Press the Attack or Conqueror as their first rune

Filler change.

Immolate Items

  • Bami's Cinder

NEWIMMOLATE Once every 10 seconds, your next immobilizing ability deals 6-23 (+0.02 bonus health) and releases a fire nova that also deals that bonus damage around you

  • Cinderhulk

NEWIMMOLATE Once every 10 seconds, your next immobilizing ability deals 12-29 (+0.04 bonus health) to all enemies, it hits and releases a fire nova that also deals that bonus damage around you

  • Sunfire Cape (and Forgefire Cape)

NEWIMMOLATE Once every 10 seconds, your next immobilizing ability deals 26-43 (+0.05 bonus health) to all enemies, it hits and releases a fire nova that also deals that bonus damage around you

Over buff. Especially for top lane champs. I don't think you can win trades in the lane against Sunfire cape user champion as a bruiser.

And the patch is over! We covered all the new changes and hope that we might have helped you understand what changed and what you can benefit from!
