🎭 KO Coliseum - A Love Letter to Anime Fans
KO Coliseum looks like shonen anime from the first moment that you see it. Riot really went all out on this one. The setting is based around the tournament arc trope, where fighters across dimensions gather to fight each other in a coliseum. Sound familiar?
The visuals pop with bright colors and dynamic effects, with clear references to some of the biggest names in anime:
Star Guardian and Battle Academia return with some fresh twists;
A new trait called The Crew has serious nostalgia for Cowboy Bebop;
One augment is you need to collect seven golden orbs - a direct reference to Dragon Ball;
There is even an "Isekai" augment for all of you multiverse travelers.
You will feel like you are building a battle team out of the opening credits of an anime. And really, who does not want that?
💥 Snax – The Ultimate Anime Power Up Mechanic
Everyone knows all anime heroes have their own transformation arc. With Set 15, that’s where the Snax come in.
You’ll start every game with 1 Snax, which turns any unit on the board into your Main Character. Drop the Snax on your favorite champion, and you’ll be able to select one of three unique upgrades just for them.
Some upgrades are all-out buffs, others are trait-specific, and there are even hyper-specific upgrades for each champion. Do you want Varus to spam his ultimate ability, with lower mana cost and more arrows? There’s a Snax for that.
You don’t need to worry about changing your mind - Snax are reusable. If you sell the unit with the Snax, you’ll get it back. You will also get a second Snax midway through the game, enabling you to create a true anime duo - two heroes, two arcs, double power.
🔥 Do you want help perfecting your Snax strategy? Help Boost your climb and learn the best combos before all of your friends.
Major System Changes: Mana Rework Plus Champion Roles
TFT Set 15 isn't just flashy - it's intelligent. Beyond simply spicing up gameplay with new stuff, Riot is making sweeping mechanical changes that evolve gameplay even further, however, if you don't adapt you will get left behind.
Here's what's happening:
Traditional mana gain on upon attack/hit is replaced with Mana Per Second
Champion Roles (i.e. Magic Tank, Attack Caster) now apply more layers of skill
Items will no longer provide flat mana - instead they now give you mana regeneration
Magic Tanks gain mana when hit, Backline Casters regen through consistent mana, and so on
These changes are more than surface level, they're more than just balance changes; they're a structural change to items and positioning. You will have to change howyou think about what goes on your carries, and how you play your early game vs your late game.

🐯 The Champ Is Here – What A Comeback For Braum!
If there's one unit who's already captivating everyone, it's Braum.
Coming back as a 5-cost Legendary, Braum has the Luchador and Bastion traits, plus his own keyword: The Champ. There are bonuses that are granted to you every time you win a round with Braum. These bonus, referred to as poro fans, reduces damage done to you when losing player rounds. You basically have two...fight bars?
So, where things really venture into the more anime/manga territory is with his skill:
El Tigre Tornado; a two-part ability that allows Braum to pick up an enemy, spin them around, and yeet them across the board. If the enemy has low enough HP? He yeets them off the map.
📌 Need Braum to be the next occasion of damage for your streak? Be sure you have clues to the right augments and boards - you can always grab a high rank TFT account with loaded resources from our marketplace.
