League of Legends Patch 13.14 By Tinyy for Eloboost24

A blog post about these changes was written by me, Tinyy, one of the best elo boosters from EB24.

Riot Games recently made significant changes to League of Legends with the release of Patch 13.14 These changes include adjustments to champion abilities, item reworks, and gameplay balance. As a booster for Eloboost24 and a player with extensive experience in the game, I'm excited to share my thoughts on these changes and how they impact the gameplay experience.

Let’s head into our 13.14 patch notes

BUFFS

Aatrox

This buff will allow Aatrox to clear the minion wave faster. At the same time, aatrox’s q scales more now. So overall a good buff.Still arguable for blind picks.Because some matchups can be hard ( like Darius, pantheon,irelia…)

Diana

Really good buff. Playable especially for low Elo’s you can blind pick and spam Diana right now. In higher elo, I still don't prefer you to blind pick. But overall good buffs for clear + skirmishes.

Lissandra 

Let’s start with passive. Although these changes do not provide an increase in paper, it is a huge buff. Because now her passive is chasing you in a very stabilized way and it is almost impossible to escape. Here, lissandra will need it as much as Viego needs a reset. Q + R buff is fine as well. But passive buff is huge in my opinion. Try liss now. Good blind pick as well.

Xerath

HUGE HUGE HUGE buff.No more mana problems. You can have mid-priority 7/24 doesn't matter which match-up you have. Playable at sup + mid. I prefer you to start with Sapphire crystal + refillable potion. Try to have a lost chapter at your first base.

NERFS

Jax

Jax has indeed been in a very strong position in the top lane for a few months. We've seen it taken many times, even in pro-play matches. This nerf will affect it for sure. But still very strong and playable.Because while they nerf Jax they are buffing items that Jax can use(Shojin). So it is not even %100 nerf.

Karthus

This Nerf will only affect bot lane Karthus. Nerf on his q is almost nothing. Still playable in the jungle but might be not as good as adc. Because E Nerf is too much.

Rek’sai

Rek'sai was one of the strongest jungler in the game for the last 1-2 months. But this nerf is too much. Still tanky but deals much less damage. I don't prefer you to play rek’sai.

ITEMS

Axiom arc

Really good buff. For every assassin champion you get this as 2nd item. Doesn't matter if you are playing in the jungle or mid. Scaling is very good as well definitely go for it.

Spear of shojin

This buff doesn't make any sense to me. They nerf hecarim and jax but buffing this item makes them stronger again. Because this is a kinda core item for those champions. You can give more priority to this item right now.

Trinity force

Instead of getting divine surrender always get trinity in this meta. This item was strong even before but right now it’s even stronger. This automatically buffed some champions like Camille, Kindred, and Ezreal. You can try to play champions that can build this item. Because I think this item is the strongest mythic right now.
