League of Legends Patch 13.15 By Tinyy

A blog post about these changes was written by me, Tinyy, one of the best elo boosters from EB24.

Riot Games recently made significant changes to League of Legends with the release of Patch 13.15 These changes include adjustments to champion abilities, item reworks, and gameplay balance. As a booster for Eloboost24 and a player with extensive experience in the game, I'm excited to share my thoughts on these changes and how they impact the gameplay experience.

Let’s start with some BUFFS

Caitlyn

Nice buffs. Buffs that can work both early and late for Caitlyn. But they didn't want to exaggerate too much. I understand the reason, Caitlyn is a marksman who can get straight to the 1st rank even if she gets a little buff. There is an example of this before. Caitlyn had 3 AD per level instead of 2.7. So it was strong enough to either perm ban or perm pick. Overall good buffs definitely playable now.

Gwen

Yes, it is not possible to understand the purpose of this reinforcement for solo q. She was already a strong enough and playable champion. But we shouldn't be looking for solo q here because WORLDS is getting closer and balance changes are more for Pro play. Play it.

Yasuo&Yone

I didn't want to write them separately. Because the buff they get is logically the same for both. They were both strong in solo q anyways. But the problem was they weren’t picked in pro play that often. So this makes sense for pro-play but not for solo q. I prefer you to abuse these champs now because they are really strong.

Taliyah

The Q buff doesn't matter that much. But the E buff will allow the jungle taliyah to enter the meta again. I would also like to remind you that Taliyah is a good choice against many champions currently in the meta(J4, Poppy, Lee Sin, Khazix…)

NERFS

Kai’sa

Kai'sa was in a very strong position due to her item builds. She had the highest ban and picking rate on all servers. Instead of changing items, they preferred to change Kaisa. Of course, when you look logically, changing items will affect a lot of champions, so this is a simpler solution. Kai'sa is in bad shape again. Maybe you have engage support in some positions, but other than that, I don't recommend it. Especially when Caitlyn is back to meta.

Ivern

Ivern is a very special jungler.His play style is very unique. It was nice and logical that they put it in the meta. But it doesn't make any sense that he's getting so many nerfs instead of balancing. Because removing such a unique champion from the game is a minus in terms of different playstyles. Ivern is not playable anymore. Neither in support nor jungle.

Smite and Ultimate summons

Smite

This makes Annie/Ivern/Yorick… a bit stronger. But at the same time, riot nerfed those champions’ ultimates. This makes the jungle role a bit weaker but not a huge difference overall. Lastly, now your smite slows after your 2nd upgrade. Again a Nerf but not that huge.

Night harvester

The only reason they do this is because of the statikk shiv. You could use it with your auto attacks. This is good Nerf for some champions. Especially for Leblanc.

Glacial Augment

This change now requires mid-lanes to get this rune rather than supports. I don't think it will work. But I can say it's a nice Nerf for support. Still usable but we might see more aftershocks now.
