Account security

Use a unique password not shared with other sites, and change it immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. For a second layer of protection, enable two-factor authentication in the account menu (your avatar at the top right) under Security; setup takes a minute with any authenticator app.

If you notice unknown orders or login alerts, reset your password first, then contact support through the live chat widget on the website or open a request in your Support dashboard.
