Vacation mode and paused selling

Open Vacation mode in your seller dashboard, pick the date you return and confirm with Start vacation. Your offers are hidden from buyers until that date. You can end the vacation or move the date at any time from the same panel.

One vacation can last up to 60 days, and you can use up to 90 days of vacation per calendar year. The allowance starts again on January 1. The return date must be at least one day ahead.

Your offers leave the marketplace and search results, and your seller profile shows the date your offers come back. Your listing inactivity timers do not run while you are away. When the return date comes, your offers go back on sale automatically.

If an order is still not delivered 1 hour after its deadline and you have not been online since the purchase, we pause your selling and let you know. The pause can also be applied at the moment an undelivered order is cancelled automatically. Deliver the order, then use Resume selling in your seller dashboard. Your offers return right away.

A pause set by the EB24 team can only be lifted by our support team.
