Major violations

These result in panel/account and credit termination:

• Offering or accepting private services for compensation, or moving a customer off the platform
• Sharing or trading access to orders or panels
• Sabotage or other fraudulent activities
• Associating with blacklisted companies or boosters
• Unauthorized sharing of EB24-related information or leaking customer information
• Recommending, linking, or recruiting for external platforms via EB24
• Streaming customer gameplay to anyone else, or playing duo with individuals outside the company
• Not using a VPN matching the customer's location during solo boosts
• Selling stolen, hacked, or banned accounts on the marketplace

Lesser violations carry fines (see the contractor rules article for the full schedule), and sellers can receive strikes for lost disputes or reclaimed accounts. Repeated or severe cases lead to suspension, payout forfeiture, or a permanent ban.

Partners who resign or are removed without committing any major violations receive their payment and assurance within 6 months, depending on the specific circumstances.
