Seller ranks

Seller rank reflects sales volume, ratings, and activity. The requirements are:

Top Seller:

• 250+ sales
• 4.8+ average rating
• 50+ reviews
• Active in the last 30 days

Mythic Seller:

• 1500+ sales
• 4.9+ average rating
• 200+ reviews
• Top Seller for 90+ days

Manual promotion can be considered as an exception, for example for wholesalers with a large stock of accounts for games we are actively looking for.

Sellers who stop meeting the criteria are demoted:

• Mythic Seller: no sales for 60 days, or rating drops below 4.7 (with 50+ reviews)
• Top Seller: no sales for 90 days, or rating drops below 4.5 (with 30+ reviews)

Sellers must provide a Basic Warranty covering 7 days after the sale. Top Sellers or those offering premium accounts may be required to provide an Extended Warranty covering 14 days. Beyond the warranty period, sellers remain responsible for keeping the account secure: accounts reclaimed or compromised at any time after the sale may result in penalties, including deduction of earnings.

Listings without seller action enter warning stages at 60, 67, and 70 days of inactivity. Hidden listings are removed from search, and stale listings may be deleted after extended inactivity. Edit the listing, change price, confirm availability, or reply to buyer chat to reset the timer.
