Contractor rules overview

These violations result in panel and credit termination:

• Offering or accepting private services for compensation
• Sharing or trading access to any orders or panels
• Engaging in sabotage or other fraudulent activities
• Associating with blacklisted companies or boosters
• Unauthorized sharing of any EB24-related information
• Recommending non-EB24 platforms, distributing links of external companies, or recruiting for external platforms via EB24
• Leaking any customer information, streaming customer gameplay to anyone else, or playing duo with individuals outside the company
• Not using a VPN matching the customer's location during solo boosts

Fines apply to conduct violations, including:

• Chat ban on any customer or company account: 150 EUR
• Verbal abuse towards customers, staff, boosters, or players: 40 EUR
• Sharing personal contact info (Discord ID, WhatsApp, Telegram): 35 EUR
• Sending messages to customers outside the platform: 30 EUR
• Consistent negativity or discouraging teammates: 20 EUR
• Not responding to an admin direct message within 24 hours: 15 EUR
• Poor communication (no greeting, no updates before leaving an order): 10 EUR
• Begging for tips before completing an order, informal terms during initial interactions, or responding to customer messages off-platform: 5 EUR each

• Unauthorized purchasing of items: 40 EUR
• Chatting with friends from the customer's account: 30 EUR
• Adding friends on the customer's account: 10 EUR. For duos, invite to lobby without adding.

• Marking orders complete without finishing tasks: 50 EUR
• Not starting orders within 30 minutes or skipping the first 3 games: 15 EUR
• Disregarding order details, schedules, or preferences: 15 EUR
• Duoing with accounts more than 3 divisions apart without approval: 10 EUR
• Fewer than 6 completed orders per month: 25 EUR per month of low activity; 3 consecutive months leads to removal
