- Top Seller: 250+ sales, 4.8+, 50+ reviews, active in last 30 days
- Mythic: 1500+ sales, 4.9+, 200+ reviews + 90 days as Top
Demotion system for sellers who do not meet the criteria for Top and Mythic seller roles:
- Mythic:
- no sales for 60 days, OR
- rating drops below 4.7 (with 50+ reviews)
- Top Seller:
- no sales for 90 days, OR
- rating drops below 4.5 (with 30+ reviews)
Step 4
Manual Review Process
EB24 checks each listing to ensure quality:
- Screenshots, game data, and description are verified.
- If something’s off, you’ll receive editing instructions.
- Track status at My Listings.
Review takes between 1 and 48 hours.
Step 5
Finalize the Sale
Once your account sells:
- Get notified via email and dashboard.
- Share account details securely using the order chat.
- Follow the on-screen steps to complete the transaction.
- If a dispute arises, cooperate fully using the order panel and follow the staff guide.
Step 6
Receive Your Payout
Once the order is completed:
- Double-check your payout info at Wallet > Payouts.
- Supported methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal (approved sellers), Payoneer, and Skrill.
- Payouts are sent every Thursday to eligible sellers.
Keep your info updated for timely transfers.
